100 years ago, bloody battles have been fought. Not everyone has a known grave, though, and the Thiepval Memorial has been built to remember more than 72 000 soldiers that went missing during the battles of the Somme.As act of remembrance, this application was made available such that visitors may find their ancesters more easily. Additionally, a set of stories have been made available, giving an impression of the events that happened to the thousands of soldiers in the battlefields of the Somme.
